Complimentary Tickets or ‘comps’ may be issued at the discretion of IDGTF for limited cases, including:
- Participants - strictly as dealt with in the contract.
- Helpers / carers - if a patron requires a helper or carer to accompany them - e.g. patrons with disabilities - then the carer will receive a comp ticket. If possible, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) in advance if possible. This also helps us to make any necessary arrangements.
- Reviewers / agents / special guests - any comps MUST be approved at the discretion of our PR team IN ADVANCE of the performance (see below).
Media comps
To request a media comp (e.g. to review a show) please contact Marja-Kristina in our PR team at least 24 hours in advance at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
- Media comps must be requested in advance of the performance and approved by the PR team.
- Comps will generally be issued through the box office via email once the request is approved.
- A maximum of 2 tickets per show applies to comp requests, although requests can be made for multiple shows.
When comps will not be issued
Cases include *
- To friends of volunteers, of cast or of crew.
- Where no prior approval was given through the box office or the PR team and where ticket(s) were not explicitly issued.
- Where a performance is sold out or likely to sell out.
- To companions of the person receiving the comp, unless approved by the Box Office manager or PR team.

Our performances are free-seating. We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Late-comers may not be admitted.
